Your Birthday Burger promotion is excellent. Even though I came in for my free burger, the waitress was so courteous, and cared about my satisfaction. It was like having a mini Birthday Party of one.

Every Tuesday is Red Robin night. Our waiter Jesus is great. He has our drinks ready as soon as we walk in and gives great service.

Hi my girlfriend and I had very enjoyable
time at Red Robin in Shoreview MN.
The bartender there her name is Jill,
she was very sweet and nice and offered
all the help that she could she had just
a great personality and was very funny.
We love the food and always want to come

This visit was not the best one. I ordered the new burger that has bacon, cheese, mushrooms and bbq sauce. 15 min after we ordered I was told they were out of the onion bun that it should come on and offered a white or cabbatta* roll. They recomended the white bun. WHAT A MESS!!!! There was way too much lettuce also. It fell apart at the first bite. The white bun disapeared (fell apart). My garlic fries didnt have garlic on them and they forgot to bring my husbands garlic fries. The service was so-so this time also. Red Robin in Modesto ca.

i ate at your mason ohio rest last wed and i was very unhappy . i was with my family . I recieved a glass and went to drink out of this and the glass was cracked and a half moon chip was out of the side on the top I thought this was a glass designed like this at first . no this was not and my server was so busy he kept flying by and could not get his attention . so finally I walked to a another server to ask her to get me a new glass so she was helpful then when my food came he said nothing and then a manager came over towards the end and said I herd your glass was cracked and i am so sorry can I get you a desert i said no !!! i was so upset about this whole time at your rest
